I only have A forty five foot boom. I assume I need one light for each side? How big Or what wattage is necessary? Are they mounted bottom side boom arm? I really want to see the actual spray pattern all the way out to the last nozzle.

The 27 watt will be fine. You make your own mounting - we only have the lights. I tell customers to mount the lights on the hinge point, aim for the last nozzle. I suggest mounting the light 4-6" below and 4-6" ahead of the nozzles, some customers say they work better if behind the nozzles, but then there will be more mist around the lights, and you will maybe have to clean them more frequently.
