2. Warranties
- All LED Lights are warrantied for a minimum of 1 year. Most lights have 3 years warranty. The warranty covers only defects in materials, no physical abuse, or damage to the buyer's equipment is covered under the warranty. Any ballasts repeatedly sent back for warranty will not be covered, due to the possibility of poor wiring and/or poor electric systems on the buyer's equipment.
3. Limitations
In no event shall Larsen Lights or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Larsen Lights's Internet site, even if Larsen Lights or a Larsen Lights authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
4. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Larsen Lights's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Larsen Lights does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
