We do not ship to freight forwarders except if it is for pickup at the Canadian border.

We ship to anywhere using UPS, or USPS. Free Shipping over $500 in the USA only. If shipping international (Canada too) you are the importer and are responsible for all customs charges and fees. UPS is fast but expect brokerage fees (see table below) on top of import tax. USPS is cheaper in brokerage fees, but cost more for transport of heavy shipments. HS codes used for lights: 8512200020, Camera systems: 8525602000, Connectors: 8538906000. Please check your cost of import before ordering, as we do not refund any charges you get due to import.

If there are any warranty issues with the products shipped international, we will supply the product/s, but shipping and customs charges and taxes will be on you, the customer. We will pay some of the shipping cost, equal to the cost of shipping the same item in the USA only.

UPS is low cost for heavy items when we are talking shipping cost, but UPS will charge you a lot in brokerage fee, and then there is the duty on top.

This is all written as a guide – it is amazing how different shipments get treated at the border, so your shipment might be different – more or less... this is never set in stone...
