We do not ship to freight forwarders except if it is for pickup at the Canadian border.
We ship to anywhere using UPS, or USPS. Free Shipping over $500 in the USA only. If shipping international (Canada too) you are the importer and are responsible for all customs charges and fees. UPS is fast but expect brokerage fees (see table below) on top of import tax. USPS is cheaper in brokerage fees, but cost more for transport of heavy shipments. HS codes used for lights: 8512200020, Camera systems: 8525602000, Connectors: 8538906000. Please check your cost of import before ordering, as we do not refund any charges you get due to import.
If there are any warranty issues with the products shipped international, we will supply the product/s, but shipping and customs charges and taxes will be on you, the customer. We will pay some of the shipping cost, equal to the cost of shipping the same item in the USA only.
UPS is low cost for heavy items when we are talking shipping cost, but UPS will charge you a lot in brokerage fee, and then there is the duty on top... Example: if you order the 9760 option 2 for $585, brokerage would be around $66.85.
We use HS code 8512200020 and the description “Farm Tractor LED work lights” when shipping.
This is all written as a guide – it is amazing how different shipments get treated at the border, so your shipment might be different – more or less... this is never set in stone...

| Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. When funds are not provided in advance by the customer, and UPS must post a bond to allow UPS shipments to be released in advance of payment to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), a fee of 2.7 percent (minimum $6.00 on UPS Standard®; minimum $10 on UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Freight, UPS Worldwide Express Saver and UPS Worldwide Expedited) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged. To avoid bond fees, call 1-800-PICK-UPS and ask about our Prepayment or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) plans. |

Free+ - When brokerage service for your imports is provided by UPS or its designate, there is no Entry Preparation Fee for routine customs clearance of UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Freight, UPS Worldwide Express Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments, including up to five classification lines. Charges may apply for more complex customs clearance procedures.
