MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH is a manufacturer of commercial internal combustion engines founded by Wilhelm Maybach and his son Karl Maybach in 1909. MDEC (MTU Diesel Engine Control) made its debut in the 1990s, which controlled diesel engines with either unit-pump fuel injection or the common rail system, which was still quite new at the time.

This diagnostic cable is used to connect the TEXA Navigator adapter to New Holland vehicles series TM I and II.
Certain New Holland equipment does not require a computer to connect to the vehicle to retrieve codes. This New Holland diagnosis button cable for the TM 2nd Series tractors is what this cable is for. At the rear PTO, there will be a connector port, and this cable will connect to it. Simply press the button, and the blink codes will then flash on the driver display panel.
